in the heart of Belgrade - bohemian quarter, Skadarlija
Located in the Skadarlija street-bohemian quarter in the heart of Belgrade, Hotel Le Petit Piaf is near to all the city’s cultural sights – the famous Knez Mihailova Street, Kalemegdan fortress, Republic Square, and others well known Belgrade locations with numerous cafes and night clubs. Le Petit Piaf is one of the few hotels in Belgrade that is completely family run and it is known for its staff that is ready to answer all of our client’s demands. That is highly appreciated by our guests; which motivates us to constantly improve the level of our service. Apart from that, a great location and good price to quality ratio is what keeps our guests constantly coming back to Hotel Le Petit Piaf. Hotel has 18 rooms, which can be booked 24/7. Reception is open 00-24 for all our guests needs.
Beautiful, quaint boutique hotel. Our room was recently remodeled and was spacious, had a couch. No key needed for the room because it used finger print technology. The hotel staff is outstanding. Especially Gagi and Marija. They made us feel like family. It's in a perfect location in the heart of Skadarlija. The street is a pedestrian only in the evening. It's old world cobble stone with outdoor restaurants up and down the street. Its high energy is fueled by live traditional tamburitza orchestras at every restaurant. More
This hotel was a real hit for us during our long weekend in Belgrade. Central location with walking distance to most of the attractions. Small but conveniant rooms. Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very generous although it wasn’t a buffe, but you ordered 3 choices from the menu. We soon learnt 3 choices was to much for us... big portions indeed. Very friendly staff and as a guest to the hotel you get a discount in the restaurants belonging to the hotel. One winebar in the alley was a real hit. Don’t miss it. Big selection of great local wines. To give an idea of the price levels, same bottle of wine in the bar was 300 dinars cheaper ther than in the duty free at the airport. If I come back to Belgrade this will be the place to stay at, for sure.
This is a charming hotel located right in the Bohemian Quarter which is an excellent hotel for easy access to restaurants and nightlife in the evenings.
The staff are ALL excellent, friendly and very helpful.
There’s lots of historical information around the hotel and there are some great pictures of Belgrade in the breakfast room. There are only 18 rooms and each has a name as well. We were in ‘Victorian’ and the door opens with your fingerprint. There is no lift unfortunately (as I have a bad knee) but only one flight of stairs.
Our room was small but more than adequate. There was a large TV screen, desk and chair, wardrobe, safe and fridge. The bed was an Austrian Twin and was really comfortable. The duvet looked thin but was actually really warm and cosy. The bathroom was a reasonable size but the shower cubicle was very small. The shower was efficient though. Toiletries were provided. Could have done with a little cupboard or shelf on which to place wash bags.
Breakfast, unusually for many hotels in Eastern Europe, was not self service but you chose off the menu. There was a lot of choice available from cereals, juice, fruit platter, nice breads and a good choice of cooked items to order. Gagi served us each day and was very edgy. He got used to what we wanted each day and predicted our choices as we arrived. Unfortunately there was no decaf coffee available.
There was a lovely restaurant attached which offered 10% discount for hotel guests. There is a nice seating area outside and a winery. The toilets out here were very nice.
The receptionists work on eight hour shifts and the lady on the night shift checked us in and was very welcoming. The lady on the evening shift was also very nice. However we had most to do with Marija on the day shift. She was wonderful. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She helped us with taxis, where to go and various other questions. She is a great asset to the team.
Small and cosy hotel in a great pedestrianised location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast in the outside area. Rooms have everything you need including a mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. Very comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space. Skadarska is a vibrant street with outdoor cafes in summer, and live music, but it quietens down late evening, and then the hotel is very quiet. Just remember not to wear high heels when walking over the cobble stones.
This is a fabulous hotel, with wonderful helpful, friendly staff. All staff were extremely helpful . They couldn't do enough for us.
There is a lovely garden room where we were served great breakfast each morning, full waiter service and copious amounts of great coffee.
If you are looking for a hotel in central Belgrade, look no further. This is it.

It is one of the most famous restaurants in Belgrade and is located within the hotel. Imagine a place where are you going when you want to eat something of superior taste prepared by a global-awarded chef, where the service experience is like in the world’s best restaurants, where you can enjoy the best tamburitza players and sipping the best domestic and foreign wines with geographical indications. This place is ideal for bohemian, also for the family and business people.
Within our hotel there is a wine bar “Skadarlija” where you can become a true wine lover surrounded with a special atmosphere, filled with conversations, music and scents of good food. We provided Belgrade with something more than just an ordinary “wine shop”.
